Cheese Foam Recipe

Makes 4 Servings 100g of Cream Cheese 60g of Sugar Syrup or Condense Milk or Fructose Syrup or Honey 120g of Double Cream 80g of Milk ½ Tea Spoon of Salt Step 1: Add the cream cheese and sugar into a bowl and whisk together until smooth Step 2: Add the Milk and whisk until everything is combines – the thickness should resemble a liquid yogurt Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix the double cream until medium shiny peaks form Step 4: Add the whipped cream and salt into the cream cheese mixture and whisk together. Add this as a topping to any of your favorite bubble tea recipes.
