What is it that I am trying to achieve with Little B's Bubble tea? This is a question I continuously ask myself as we progress with the business.
Job creation is the first word that pops into my mind,
Make money is the second,
Help People is the third
Be the person who made bubble tea BIG in South Africa is the fourth.
I realized that I have not yet asked all the wonderful people working so hard alongside me every weekend where they see Little B's going...
Perhaps after speaking to them I will have a different answer but I know this...
Together we are strong... and without our team of soldiers we would be nothing.
Are you multiplying your efforts through other people?
I'm sure as hell trying.
