Caramel Latte with Tapioca Pearls

Ingredients

· 25ml Caramel Syrup

· 200ml Milk

· 100 ml Espresso or strong coffee (chilled)

· 60g Cooked Tapioca Pearls

Instructions:

1. Place 60g of cooked Tapioca Pearls and the 100ml of chilled espresso/coffee in a glass

2. Pour 25ml Caramel Syrup and Milk into the shaker

3. Add ice and shake

4. Pour the shaken mixture into your glass

5. Tag us on Instagram.
